- Reporting a missing Final Pack? If your final pack is missing, or there is a problem with any of the items in your final pack, then please let us know by 1:00pm on Thursday 10th May. If you let us know after that, you may well not be on the list of people who we expect at Help Desk on the night, although we will still try to help you.
