Help! I'm missing information...
The MoonWalk Edinburgh Final Packs are still being despatched and until they have all gone we cannot log complete missing packs.
Before getting in touch with us, would be grateful if you could please read the following:
- Unfortunately, as each T-shirt, cap and bra is ordered on an individual basis and due to the costs involved, we don't send out new Walker packs so... make sure that you have double checked with your post / sorting office and also that they have not left you a card. We appreciate that this is an extra effort on your behalf but we ask you to do this as so many are found that way. Also check with neighbours and in bins or under shrubs - experience tells us that your postman may have left your pack anywhere!
- Sometimes we do have spares and we will then make these available to collect at the Help Desk on the night or day.
- If you have moved and not notified us of your new address then we won't have been able to send the pack to the correct address so it may well be worth contacting your old address to find out.
- We are also unable to change the T-shirt or bra if you have received the size that you requested when you completed your entry form.
However you could try the Forum Swap Shop! - We will however replace missing walker numbers so that you can walk on the night / day but you will have to let us know by filling in the form below and then collect it at the event Help Desk.
If you think that you are missing some information then read on... so far we have sent out welcom packs to those taking part in the The MoonWalk Edinburgh and The SunWalk London. Final Packs for Edinburgh are on their way.
1) Your Starter pack which contains your training guide, sponsor form, safety guide and volunteer form.
2) Your Final pack which contains your bra, your hat, your T-shirt, your walker number, luggage label and an envelope for your sponsor form. If you are missing anything from your Final pack then please fill out the form below and we will do our best to help.
3) For Edinburgh, your Final Information Booklet will be sent separately.
