How can I pay?
Entering via a paper entry form:
- Send a cheque with your entry form made payable to Walk the Walk in Action either for just the deposit or the total amount
- Indicate on your entry form that you wish to pay via credit card* and we will get in touch
Entering via an online entry form:
- Payment will be by credit card only
Can I pay by instalments?
Want to do the challenge without the challenge of worrying about how to fund the payment of your trip!
Walk the Walk offer money back on all your expenses once you have sent in your fundraising (see below on the levels available).. but... paying for the trip in the first place can be a bit much and why we have introduced Easy Pay!
Easy Pay means that after you have paid your deposit, the remaining outstanding amount can be split over several months depending on when you join the challenge. Of course the earlier you join the longer you have to pay so to find out more see the chart below for an example.

What does the cost include?
London and Edinburgh
- Entrance to the events
T shirts
- 2 Long sleeve 3 Land challenge T shirts
- 1 Short sleeve 3 Land challenge T shirt
- Specific Edinburgh and London MoonWalk T shirts are not included
- There will be an opportunity to buy up 2 additional London MoonWalk or Edinburgh MoonWalk T shirts
Iceland
- All flights and taxes;
- Accommodation on an en suite bed and breakfast basis
- All meals other than those listed
- All excursions listed with transport and guides
- All transport within Iceland
- Entrance to The MoonWalk Iceland
- Walk the Walk support and administration from the time of booking with advice on training etc. to arriving home.
- Walk the Walk representative for pre-event 20 mile training walk in London
- Walk the Walk long sleeved T-shirts x 2
- High visibility Beanie hat and snap bands for training
- Cap, midge hat and weather protector
- Bra

All race facilities such as medal, water etc.
This also includes protection by health and safety laws, trade description legislation, contract laws and package holidays regulations.

- Payment by credit card or online entry form: all figures subject to a 2% fee
- Overseas postage charge: £TBC
- Additional Event T shirts: £15 + P&P
- Optional Insurance Policy with Discover the World: £23.39
- Lunch or dinner on day 5 whilst in Reykjavik and at the airport – There is an opportunity to buy a meal at the Perlan Viewing platform
- All drinks aside from those listed

You raise enough sponsor money and to thank you for supporting us, we will refund your expenses!
Raise £1,900 and we will refund £350
Raise £3,100 and we will refund £800
Raise £3,900 and we will refund £1,350
NB The maximum amount that can be refunded to any person is the total paid for the 4 night marathon tour only. This does not include the administration fee deposit, insurance, personal spending or any extensions to your travel dates.
Flights
All outward flights for UK residents start from Heathrow. All return flights for UK residents terminate at Heathrow. We are unable to change this as the cost of the trip and onward travel has been constructed based on the group leaving from Heathrow.
