21/3: we have 4 places made available if you are interested then send an email to Kirstie! .
You will be taking part in a Summer Solstice Marathon that ends in a natural mineral spa, visiting some of the country’s most spectacular areas, walking up volcanoes, whale watching and immersing yourself in this beautiful wilderness!
Myvatn is situated in the north east of the country in a beautiful wilderness of hot lava pools, volcanoes and lakes. In stark contrast to London and Edinburgh this marathon will require you to be very self motivated as apart from the other walkers, and your walk the walk support crew of course, there is only wildlife to keep you company.
The marathon starts and finishes in the Nature Baths, the local mineral baths so a great reward for when you cross the Finish Line!

The MoonWalk Iceland is a unique challenge; it takes place at night... but it is still totally light. Being in this amazing northern wilderness is about self motivation and drive, as your biggest supporters are the wildlife!
It is ideal for anybody that has taken on London or Edinburgh and now wants the next MoonWalk challenge, or for anyone committed to training. You will need to be 13 years old on the day of the challenge (anybody under 18 will need a guardian that is also taking part) and should aim for a maximum sustained walking pace of 14 minute miles - it is open to both guys and girls!
If you have a question about this challenge then why not get in touch and Kirstie will get back to you!

When you're up everyone is pleased for you and joins in; when you're down they are there to hug you and pick you up and help you carry on. Some of you people are lifesavers without even knowing it"
