We are so thrilled to bring you this collection of short films from Harley TV. They include a series of discussions on a variety of breast cancer issues from not only leading health professionals including surgeons and oncologists, but also the experiences of breast cancer patients. 1. Detection Discussing the importance of screening programmes and reviewing the sorts of questions it is important to bear in mind ahead of any consultation. |

Surgery This film examines in detail the development of multi-disciplinary teams, looking especially at how co-operation between cancer surgeons and plastic surgeons are improving clinical and aesthetic outcomes for patients, and looking at how refinements in surgical techniques are improving recovery times. |
3. Treatments This film reviews the latest treatments, and asks the Harley Street specialists what sort of developments we can anticipate in the years ahead. The trend to more personalised medicine is making medicine far more responsive to individual patient needs. |

Roundtable A roundtable Panel Discussion brought together two of the contributing clinicians with our own Nina Barough, who brought the perspective of the impassioned and informed patient -- along with her Walk the Walk tee shirt -- to a wide-ranging discussion of many of the key themes of interest to breast cancer patients everywhere. |
