Keep your body fuelled with the right food!

Slow release carbs and energy boosting foods are great to keep those hunger pangs away.

We’ve noticed a few of you commenting on having hit a bit of a wall whilst out training for The MoonWalk London or MoonWalk Scotland and wanted to remind you to keep fuelled with the right foods.

Slow release carbs and energy boosting foods are great to keep those hunger pangs away. Some examples are... porridge, brown rice, bananas, whole wheat pasta, beans, pulses, potatoes, dried fruits, and let’s not forget those veggies!

It’s also very important to keep hydrated so, sip water, little and often!

Whether, it’s morning, afternoon or evening... what’s your favourite dish that sets you up ready for a long walk?
