Holyrood is transformed as Hollywood’s iconic sign shines a spotlight on The MoonWalk Scotland

Supporters of breast cancer charity, Walk the Walk, show their support and help raise awareness as the charity marathon brings Hollywood to Holyrood!

The famous white letters of Hollywood made an exclusive appearance in Holyrood Park, Edinburgh yesterday. Not only this, 10 of our Scottish Walkers held up the iconic letters wearing (in true Walk the Walk fashion!) fabulously decorated bras and t-shirts.

Mags, Graham, Irene, Kath, Alain, Esther, Haydee, Louise, Jane and Ann, all travelled from across Scotland to support Walk the Walk and shine the spotlight on The MoonWalk Scotland!

Alain from Cuper said “What a brilliant morning and a fun way to shout about The MoonWalk. Don’t worry –you don’t have to walk to Hollywood to be part of the event – it’s in Edinburgh! I can’t wait for the night itself – meeting new people and raising money to help people living with cancer in Scotland. Come on everyone, get involved!”

The day started with mini-makeovers at Jenners for some old school glamour and then on to the Holyrood Hills via the MoonWalk Scotland Tartan Taxi. Despite the slight drizzle, the day was a wonderful success. The decorated bras and mega-watt smiles, brought the LA sunshine and the paparazzi (sorry – press) took some dazzling photographs.
