Walk the Camino Trail in style for breast cancer!

Bra Image

We have taken the ancient Camino pilgrimage route and given it a 21st century twist. Starting the adventure at our highest point, Mount O'Cebreiro, to our final destination, the famous Santiago de Compostela. The journey will take you up and down hills, through woodland, tiny hamlets, farmhouses and villages... finally reaching The Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela on Day 5.

As you follow the 'shell', the most well-known and iconic symbol of the Camino, along the trail you will get to enjoy all the beauty that the picturesque Galicia has to offer.

Walking 100 miles in 5 days will take you on a personal and challenging journey... a true test of endurance and a personal journey of mental and physical achievement!

A great value trip and challenge... so much is included!

Fundraising

How much do I need to raise?

We ask that everyone who enters The Camino 100 Autumn 2024, aims to raise a minimum of £850. To help, we have broken this down, with fundraising deadlines along the way! For more information see here!

Can you help me with my fundraising?

Absolutely! We have a fantastic fundraising team who will help you along the way, by telephone and email.

Training

You will be provided with an exclusive Camino 100 Training Plan to make sure you are at your peak for the Challenge! Walk the Walk have been training teams for over 15 years so we know exactly what you have to do!

14 week Training Plan will be sent out with your Walker Pack. For this challenge you will need to commit to training; it can be intense and has consecutive training walks, so can be time consuming. The Training Plan is like this so that your body is prepared to walk 100 miles over 5 consecutive days. Alongside this, we also recommend taking part in other exercises such as swimming or pilates to increase your overall level of fitness.

The route is a mix of off-road pathways and tarmac through farms, towns and villages with plenty of ups and downs (hills!) along the way too!

"The first morning mists on the Camino were some of the most special moments for me, in parts walking through woods, some on the top of the mountain, it is so peaceful and all pretty atmospheric!" - Reggie
